Welcome to The Invisible Gift, a show about turning neurodiversity into possibility.
Andrew Kitley grew up knowing he was different. Dyslexia and ADHD made learning difficult for him, despite his exceptional abilities. Labeled with a disability, Andrew left school frustrated and unfulfilled. However, this became a blessing. He worked his way up to become Managing Director of Kitall, a leading structural engineering firm in the UK.
Andrew now recognizes his neurodiversity as a gift that has made him determined, adaptive, and creative. In The Invisible Gift, Andrew will explore how neurodiversity can challenge, define, and empower, seeking advice and inspiration from other trailblazers who have turned their challenges into invisible gifts.
